How to use the "My Teams" dashboard


The "My Teams" dashboard provides team managers with key information about all their team(s) members current course progress.

The My Teams dashboard provides:

  • Key indicators for Courses Due, Not Started, In Progress, Completed, and Failed Attempts. Click on Key Indicators to filter data in the grid.
  • Team course progress information can be exported in Excel format.
  • Opt-in to receive the Excel Progress Report by email daily.
  • View Scorecard for a person/course. Scorecard is same as other parts of the system. Shows all questions and answers, details on each attempt, etc.
  • My Teams box on the right side shows all teams user manages and the member count for each team.

A team manager can access the My Teams dashboard by clicking My Teams from the main menu at the top of the screen. Only people designated as a Team Manager will have this menu option.
