A. If you do not see any icons in the menu bar, or a course is showing no content, it may be due to one of the following
- You are using Internet Explorer version 7.0 or older. For Internet Explorer, we currently support IE 8 and above.
- You are using Internet Explorer 8.0 or above, but are running in "Compatibility Mode". Simply turn off compatibility mode when using Traineaze.
